It is finally Michelle's Flintstone themed fifth birthday party. D.J. dresses up as Wilma. Stephanie dresses up as Betty. Danny dresses up as Dino. Jesse dresses up as Fred. Comet has a dinosaur costume on. The kids dress up as cave people. Just as Jesse plans to go downstairs to celebrate Michelle's birthday, Becky goes into labor and he gets sick, but we soon learn that he has appendicitis.
